| Description | People come in all sorts, to state the obvious! There is only one you in the whole universe! People are both uniquely unique and typically human at the same time. Many useful and insightful techniques exist to identify their, and more importantly your own, patterns of temperament, personality, strengths and challenges. We will explore several important ones of the many typlogies available, including Myers Briggs, but others as well. You will use these to consider your gifts and talents, your loves and passions, the kinds of things you bring to your work, a team, and the world. You will have a glimpse into the ways different people contribute different skills and abilities to any group effort. Such self-knowledge and other-knowledge enhances and can inform everything you do. You can use it to plan and accomplish a path through college, jobs and careers, business, great passions, volunteer work, and what your contribution to the world is and can be. |
