Description This study group will focus on the Study of HumanKind. While this is strictly what "anthropology" means, how we go about acquiring knowledge in this area will not be so restricted! I will begin the term by presenting an overview of various areas in this field and then taking further direction from the participants. Be warned! My major at university was in Non-Human Primatology, so my approach to anthropology will draw greatly from that. So much can be learned about human development from observing the evolution of animals in general and non-human primates in particular...I learned all I needed to know about parenting that way!!!
