| Description | This study group is targeted to 8+ year olds interested in either learning the basic principles of programming or building a stronger foundation under the programming skills they already have. The goal will be to introduce the core fundamentals of and purpose of computer programming, explore the challenges involved in designing a set of instructions for a machine to reliably execute and to present step-by-step instruction to the creation of several basic programs. The group will meet on the second Tuesday of each month during club time and include homework matching the level of skill in the group and of particular individuals.
