Description ChickenEmbryology will explore the development of chickens. We will discuss hatching methods and conditions, egg anatomy, stages of chick development, candling to determine fertility and mortality, observation/dissection of dead embryos, and hopefully observe fluffy hatching chicks after 21 days of incubation.
