Understanding microcredit using Kiva.org: Kiva.org connects lenders (such as you and me) with borrowers in developing economies around the world. We wil learn basics of economics, accounting and entrepreneurship. We will study proposals from entrepreneurs around the world and actually lend money to them (money included in the study group fee; $50 earmarked for Kiva).
