| Study Group Style | Discussion |
| Description | Participants will read plays and adaptations of literature out loud with dramatic interpretation. We will, as time permits, discuss the plays and work on presenting the characters through voice and gesture. No previous dramatic experience is required. Students are expected to be able to read the material fluently out loud. Parents of participants who might have difficulty with this but are very interested in joining the study group must talk with the study group leader prior to enrolling to determine if accommodations can be made. If time permits and there is sufficient student interest, the group may create its own adaptations of literature to be presented as Readers Theater. |
