Payment and Refund Policy

Full Payment Is Due with Registration

Full payment includes Family Membership fee, Coop-Day fee(s), plus all material and outside-instructor fees for the study groups for which your family has registered.

If paying total fees with registration is a hardship, please contact Voyagers Treasurer at (treasurer@voyagersinc.org) regarding a payment plan. Payment plan requests should be made prior to submitting your registration. Scholarship funds may also be available. Any scholarship requests should be made to, and approved by, the Scholarship Committee (scholarships@voyagersinc.org) prior to registration. Refunds

Refund requests will be processed after the Add/Drop period ends - sometime in October for each fall session, and sometime in February for each spring session.

Non-refundable fees:
Voyagers Family Membership fee of $200; and $50 of each $300 Coop-Day fee are non-refundable. Outside instructor fees are non-refundable unless Voyagers cancels the study group, or the student drops the study group and the Registrar is informed no later than two weeks before the Coop session begins.

Refundable fees:
Study group material fees are refundable if a study group is cancelled by Voyagers, OR if a student is wait-listed and is therefore unable to participate in that study group. Material fees for other study groups may be refundable if the student drops the study group and the Registrar is informed no later than two weeks after the Coop session begins.

Please note - after your original registration paperwork has been submitted to the Registrar, any further changes to your study group enrollment should be arranged with your Coop Day Programmer (who will inform the Registrar).

Exceptions to the Refund Policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The decision of the Treasurer may be appealed to the Board of Directors. The decision of the Board of Directors is final.
