What is the Voyagers Resource Center?
Voyagers Resource Center (RC) reaches out to homeschooling families by offering a variety of programming beyond Coop study groups. We aim to:
- Provide educational, artistic, nature-related and social activities for Voyagers members, homeschooling families, and the general public.
- Host educational conferences and workshops for parents, professionals and community leaders.
- Provide information about homeschooling to the general community.
What can I expect from the RC this term and next?
- This term, many of the programs we’re familiar with will continue. We’re adding new programs and opportunities and revising old ones in a manner that will allow the RC to be sustainable as well as a pleasant experience for all. Some programs will be added slowly and in abbreviated forms so we can be sure we have all of the “bugs” out before launching larger and more long-term programs.
- Highlights for Fall 2010:
