| Description | [This middle and high school level study group is for those who are past the cut-and-paste stage and ready for more advanced instruction in art. The goal will be to help participants develop their technique so that it is commensurate with the complexity of their creative ideas and their maturity level. We will also spend time analyzing and interpreting art and exploring the creative process. Meetings will include creativity exercises, an introduction to design principles, a sampling of art history, and practice with a variety of media. There will be 1-2 hours of required homework each week.] |
