In this class, beginners will be encouraged to move into poses in micromovements so there is space to listen to the body and how it responds with each movement. Modifications will be given as an option so experienced students can feel challenged. A guided meditation and breathing exercises are included in each session. You will feel so empowered, limber and relaxed when participating in Amanda’s Yoga practice.
These classes will be offered via Zoom, and a link to the meeting will be emailed to participants before class.
Age range: Any age and any level
Equipment needed: These classes are offered through Zoom so a smart phone, tablet or computer will be needed. No other materials are necessary though the following may be useful, yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, pillow, towel and/or a source of hydration.
