This study group is for any age and any level. Amanda has 17 years teaching multi-level yoga classes. Beginners will be encouraged to move into poses, in micromovements, so there is space to listen to the body and how it responds with each movement. Modifications will be given as an option, so experienced students can feel challenged. A guided meditation and breathing exercise are included in each session. You will feel so empowered, limber, and relaxed when participating in Amanda’s study groups.
These classes will be offered via Zoom, and a link to the group will be emailed to participants before class.

Equipment needed: These classes are offered through Zoom so a smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer will be needed. No other materials are necessary though the following may be useful, yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, pillow, towel and/or a source of hydration 🙂
