When a participant withdraws from a program, instructional and operational costs must be met.

Payments made to Voyagers for Resource Center programs are fully refundable, minus a $10 processing fee, until two weeks before the start of the program. To withdraw from a program, please contact If you withdraw from a program less than 2 weeks before the start date, Voyagers is not able to offer a refund, unless the spot can be filled from a wait list.

No refunds will be offered for ticketed or special events.

Program Cancellation

Voyagers reserves the right to cancel any program with insufficient enrollment at the start date of the program. In this event, a full refund of any funds paid to Voyagers will be issued. Refunds for any funds paid directly to a provider are the responsibility of the provider.

In the unlikely event that Voyagers must cancel a program after the start, a refund for the pro-rated amount will be issued.

Program providers

Most program providers at Voyagers Resource Center are independent contractors. Responsibility for curriculum, instruction, and learning results rests with the provider and participants.

Snow Days

Voyagers will follow the Chelmsford Public Schools in deciding whether to open the building for Resource Center programs during winter weather. All programs will be canceled if Chelmsford Public Schools are closed; if Chelmsford Public Schools have a delayed start, the Voyagers building will be open, unless program providers choose to cancel their programs for that day. Since our providers and program participants travel significant distances to come to Voyagers, providers are encouraged to call a snow day, if conditions in the larger region warrant it, by notifying parents and at least 2 hours before the start of the program. Parents are encouraged to use their own judgement in determining whether it is safe to travel from their location, and to notify the provider if they do not intend to come to the program due to weather conditions.

Make-up Sessions

In the event of a Snow Day, or if the provider is unable to conduct a session of a program for other reasons, Voyagers will make a reasonable effort to reschedule that session.

Voyagers cannot accommodate make-up sessions for individual program participants who have missed a session.
